Contact Hour Programs

Throughout the year, NPIC/QAS offers a variety of Perinatal Nursing Contact Hour Programs. These programs are approved by the Rhode Island State Nurses Association. The Rhode Island State Nurses Association is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

Perinatal Nursing Contact Hour Programs are offered free of charge to staff of NPIC/QAS member hospitals and Military Treatment Facilities and offered for $25.00 per contact hour program to non NPIC/QAS members.

All educational programs are archived and available for interested professionals.

Hosted Webinars

NPIC/QAS connects with perinatal experts to provide relevant presentations regarding perinatal hot topics and current events. These educational programs are offered free of charge.
