Julie Daley, RN, MS, CDE
Julie Daley, RN, MS, CDE is currently the Director of the Diabetes in Pregnancy Program at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI. She is a Clinical Teaching Associate in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Brown University Warren Alpert School of Medicine and has been a Certified Diabetes Educator since 1997. Julie serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Sweet Success Extension Program and is Past-Chair of the American Association of Diabetes Educators Pregnancy and Reproductive Health Specialty Practice Group. She is an invited speaker for local, regional and national conferences including the American Diabetes Association, the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and many Sweet Success Extension Program national research conferences on diabetes in pregnancy. She has published in many peer-reviewed journals as well as written several book chapters. Julie obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College and her Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Salve Regina University.
