These services are based at MAP in RI and expand the full range of substance abuse treatment and HIV prevention and case management services to those of minority status.

SSTAR “onTrac” Program
Stanley Street Treatment and Resources (SSTAR) in Fall River, MA was awarded a Treatment Capacity Expansion/HIV grant through CSAT to enhance and expand outreach, pretreatment and treatment services to a community that has been highly affected by the epidemic of substance abuse and HIV/AIDS, especially among women.
