BOARD OF DIRECTORS, KEY STAFF AND ADVISORS

NPIC/QAS's Board of Directors includes prominent clinicians, administrators, researchers and representatives from national organizations. The NPIC/QAS staff is comprised of a professional research and information team capable of responding to a variety of analytic, evaluative, research, policy, and strategic planning questions. NPIC/QAS's expertise includes analysis of large data sets, development of comparative benchmarking quality and utilization reports, evaluation of direct service programs, consultation and management of complex projects involving the development of new programs or integration and improvement of existing programs. On occasion, when short-term or specific projects require expertise not readily available on staff, NPIC/QAS will subcontract with other companies or individuals to round out the professional team.

Nurse Advisory Group

The NPIC/QAS Nurse Advisory Group, initiated in December, 2009, is composed of nurses with maternal/child expertise. This highly specialized group of nurses brings together perinatal nurse leaders/researchers to advise NPIC/QAS on potential continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, and research opportunities. Our 2010 project is the development, distribution and collection of a detailed Perinatal Nursing Service Questionnaire from NPIC/QAS members. Questions regarding the Nurse Advisory Group should be directed to the NPIC/QAS Associate Vice President, Julie Shocksnider RNC-HROB, APN, C, MS, CCE.    »Contact Us
